Lebron James Is The Best Player in the NBA

"King James"
If you are a NBA fan then you have been taking notice or paying attention to Lebron James every since he came into the league in 2003.
He was known from the start as a "big" (6 foot 8 inches, 250 lbs.), strong, fast, talented 18 year-old kid that could play basketball at the highest level. He was named "Mr. Basketball" in Ohio as a sophomore in high school and held that title until he entered the National Basketball Association.
In 2004 Lebron James was named the NBA "Rookie of the Year" and was a part of the All-NBA Rookie First Team. He is a 7 time All-Star, a 2 time All-Star MVP, and he has been a part of the All-NBA Defensive First Team 2 times. Lebron was the NBA Scoring Champion in 2008, was named the NBA MVP for the first time in 2009 and NBA MVP again in 2010.
What does Lebron James "not" have?
WHAT WOULD MAKE LEBRON JAMES THE BEST PLAYER IN THE NBA?
His 6'8 frame is a gift from God. His 44" vertical leap and indescribable quickness with or without the ball are products of his training/conditioning. His progressing jump shot is the result of "taking a lot of shots".
Lebron James passing ability has been likened to that of Ervin "Magic" Johnson and his scoring ability has been compared to Michael Jordan's. James has the respect of current NBA All-Stars such as Kobe Bryant, Paul Pierce and (current teammate) DeWayne Wade.
As a member of the Cleveland Cavaliers, Lebron James "led" his team to the NBA playoffs 5 times, making it to the NBA Finals in 2007, where they lost to the San Antonio Spurs. He won a Gold Medal with the United States Basketball Team in the 2008 Summer Olympics, but has never won a NBA Championship and is not considered to be the "undisputed" best player in the NBA.
Part of the reason that he's not considered to be the "undisputed" best player in the NBA is because he does not have a NBA Title. I think that he would be the best player in the NBA undeniably and have NBA Title's, if he could just develop a "sturdy" inside post-up game.
With Lebron standing 6'8" and weighing 250 pounds, the tallest point guard in the NBA, Tracy McGrady could not guard a skilled Lebron James in the post. While McGrady is equal in height, he is outweighed by more than 25 pounds.
The tallest and most dominant shooting guard in the NBA is Kobe Bryant (6'6", 205 lbs.) He is a very talented player, but would have a hard time handling a stronger, 2" taller, 45 lbs heavier, skilled Lebron James in the post.
At 6'11", Donte Green (the tallest small forward in the NBA) is no match for Lebron James. I doubt that you even know who Donte Green is, so let's match Lebron up with Kevin Durant. Kevin Durant is a 6'9" small forward who weighs 230 pounds. He would be one of the best small forward matches for Lebron James in a post-up play position, because of his long arms and height. However I don't think that he would be quick enough for Lebron and I know that he isn't stronger than the ("bulkier"), 20 pound heavier Lebron James.
Ron Artest (6'7", 260 lbs.) matches up most evenly with Lebron James and Ron Artest is a "strong" defender. Lebron James unquestionably out jumps Ron Artest, but we are talking about "post" play.
"If Lebron James develops a "sturdy" inside post-up game, he will be the best player in the NBA." Possibly the best point guard, shooting guard and small forward.

I would say Kobe is the best player. Lebron has now been to the finals twice and failed twice. Kobe has 5 championships.
